Doubts and uncertainty about the solvency of Spain and the risk of a possible rescue caused a slowdown in foreign investment in real estate during the first half of 2012. With the arrival of expectations and the fall of housing prices by 40%, foreigners have returned to invest,  by closing the year 2012 with an increase of 17% The year 2013 did not started too well, during the first quarter of the year registered a sharp decline in the closing of 2012, probably the great idea of the Government to eliminate tax subsidies and the VAT increase had much to do. It seems that we are leaving behind doubts about our solvency that led to a dramatic fall in confidence and therefore the collapse of foreign investment in Spain. The interest of the Spanish real estate sector seems to recover and now we have strong positive variations that make us to be very optimistic.
